I have been under the care of the community nurse the care and support she has given me is outstanding .
I can't thank her enough.
The day Hospice and the fatigue and I have attended breathless course all the staff I have seen have got me back on my feet. Thank you.

I felt the care was very good and executed very well, their was a great deal of materials etc that was available to use it was quite overwhelming.( I enjoyed it immensely?)(brain dead) very much the care great materials great help very good.)

Dad has passe away so therefore is unable to comment but I know he was delightful with his care and treated with great dignity. As his daughter the support I received was invaluable.
